Tata Metaliks has been conferred Recognition for Significant Adoption in Tata Affirmative Action Program (TAAP) assessment for FY 2020-21. The award is given to a company for crossing an overall score band of 550 -600 for the first time in the TAAP assessment. Personal commitment of Leadership team and Tata Metaliks’ signature programs under TAAP, namely STEM & LEP in education , sustainable livelihood and integrated village development helped the company to achieve the award.
Tata Metaliks’ was also recognized for its holistic village development program under Essential Enablers and focusing on reducing zero drop under Education.
It was amongst 8 Tata companies who got a chance to showcase their best practices. Tata Metaliks’ best practice on essential enabler was displayed in TAAP – “Wall of Best Practice”.
