Fairness Opinion by Ernst & Young Merchant Banking Services LLP, an independent SEBI Registered Category-1 Merchant Banker appointed by the Transferee Company;
Observation letters, both dated March 31, 2023 issued by BSE and NSE respectively;
Reports adopted by the respective Board of Directors of the Transferor Company and the Transferee Company, pursuant to the provisions of Section 232(2)(c) of the Act;
