Saurabh Bhui a youth from Pratatpur viilage, lost his father at a very early age. His mother raised Sourabh and his younger brother with great difficulty. However, providing good higher education for both the siblings was impossible. Hence, the children were raised by the maternal grandparent and uncle. Saurabh has always been a good student. He took up science in his higher secondary examination and dreamt of doing engineering. But because of financial constraints he could not afford the preparatory classes. He still persisted and appeared for the West Bengal Joint Entrance examination. Due to low marks he could not secure a seat at government college, and pursuing the course from a private college was out of question. In the same year, TML introduced Diploma Engineering Training for the local youth. Sourav was quick to apply for this training program. He got selected after going through the written test and personal interview. After three years of intensive study, Sourav secured the placement with Tata Power with the annual CTC of ₹2.80 LPA. He is excited with this success and want to gain work experience.
