I have joined Tata Metaliks Ltd on 5th June 2006 as supervisor in operation department. Then I was working as a shift person in mbf2. I became officer in 2017 through ojp and no doubt unique learning and growth opportunity provided to me by the company. I was selected many times to visit Tata steel and learn their processes. In tata Metaliks. we use new technologies and tools for better results, which is helping TML to reach sustainable growth. Our company also thinks for environment. It is an ethical company and spends substantial amount for CSR activity. I am proud to be worked in Tata Metaliks.

I have joined Tata Metaliks Ltd in May 2005 as smelter in operation department. Previously I was working as a casual worker. Company provided me opportunity to learn and grow as a skilled employee. I actively participate in CSR activity. For this I was selected many times to go various places in India. Our company is ethical company and spends substantial amount for CSR activity. I, Kashinath Pandit doing job in Tata Metaliks Limited since 4th March, 1994. From starting of my job I observed so many opportunity which could not be available in any other company in West Bengal. First we get different type of training at TISCO SNIT(which were very easiest method). Then I also get so many training such as Jagaran, 5’s, TPM, Behavioral training. These type of training help me to progress in life.

Remuneration is better than any other company in West Bengal. Also I get another best opportunity such as teaching in local area schools, water harvesting in local rea etc.
