Employee Volunteerism

Employee Volunteerism has always been at the core of our operating principles, although it was formally launched on January 01, 2014. With every passing year, Tata Metaliks' principle of community engagement has only grown stronger with the contribution and efforts of the Company's workforce. Employees continue to take time out to be a part of the various volunteering projects enlisted by the Company for the betterment of the socially disadvantaged community.
