Tata Metaliks has not instituted any specific procedure for preserving customer, health & safety during the use of its products; however, its product is environment friendly and does not pose any health or safety hazard during its use. Tata Metaliks addresses the environmental issues of the products only by carrying out "Charge-mix-related service" which resulted in improving the productivity and reducing pollution in the customer's processes.

There has been no instance of non-compliance with regulations related to health and safety aspects of the Company's product. Consequently regulatory or similar official bodies uphold no complaints against the Company.

Tata Metaliks regularly monitors the customer satisfaction index through IMRB. The survey is done annually.
