The Company’s Annual General Meeting was
held on 13 July 2007 at Kala Mandir, Kolkata. All our directors and senior management team
attended the same. Our shareholders were present in the AGM even from places like Mumbai.
They presented forth their views and queries that were satisfactorily answered and dealt
to by our Chairman, Dr T Mukherjee.
