Kalimati supplies coke to TML furnaces. Since coke is an important ingredient for producing pig iron, its continuous supply is of paramount importance. By striking this strategic partnership, TML has ensured that coke is supplied not only in time but the desired quality is also maintained. The Cokery is located at just about less than a km away, thereby reducing the cost of transport significantly.
We at TML know that meaningful partnerships are foundation of success. Partnerships enable companies to make continuous improvements. This partnership has proved mutually beneficial. While we focus our resources on what we do best i.e. make pig iron, we leave the other jobs to the rest.
Working with TML has been a very good experience for Kalimati. Commenting on the same, Mr.M.K.Jain who is one of the proprietors of the firm said that the relationship with TML has now gone beyond payments, it is more of mutual trust and understanding. He further said that the dealings with TML have always been very transparent and that is what has helped in building trust.
When asked about day to day working with TML, Bidush Ranjan Sen, who is the Personnel Manager at Kalimati said that the best part about working with TML is they understand the problems, and if any support – technical or otherwise is needed, that is provided to ensure smooth sailing. TML is their only customer, as it grows, they also would grow.
Mr. Sen also said that if TML would expand, they are also ready to go for expansion.
