Born in 1968, Mr. Chatterjee is an Honours Graduate in Commerce from Calcutta University and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He joined Tata Steel in 1995. During his stint in the Company, he worked in the areas of Corporate Finance and Planning. During the years 1996-98, he was also a visiting faculty at XLRI, Jamshedpur in Corporate Finance. In 1998 he was transferred to the Tata Steel Head Office in Mumbai and subsequently to Tata Sons Limited in the Group Executive Office (GEO). He became General Manager - Corporate Finance in Tata Sons in 2002. During his tenure in Tata Sons Limited, he was involved in 'Mergers & Acquisitions' activities including privatisations and joint ventures. He was also the lead facilitator in the group wide roll out of Economic Value Added (EVA) for the major Tata Companies.
Mr. Chatterjee re-joined Tata Steel on August 1, 2003 and was appointed as the Vice President (Finance) w.e.f. August 1, 2004. With the announcement of the new Tata Steel Group post acquisition of Corus, Mr. Chatterjee was appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer w.e.f. 1st January 2008. He has overall responsibility for Group Financial Reporting, Investor Relations, Financing Strategy including debt and equity raising, Corporate M&A, Risk Management and Compliance, Taxation Strategy and Planning and co-ordination of statutory and management reporting.
He is on the Board of several Tata Steel Group companies including Tata Steel UK, NatSteel Asia Pte. Limited, Tata Steel (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Southern Steel Berhad, Malaysia and others.
Mr. Chatterjee was declared as one of India's best CFOs by Business Today Magazine in 2005 and 2006 and by CNBC in 2007. He is also a frequent speaker at various conferences in India and abroad including the McKinsey Global CFO Forum, Economist Conferences and CII organised conferences.
Mr. Sanjiv Paul graduated in Metallurgical Engineering and joined Tata Steel in 1986 as a Graduate Trainee. He started his career at the Steel Melting Shops where he worked in various capacities till 1998.
After completion of a Senior Management program at Cedep, France, Mr. Paul moved on to assume leadership roles in areas of General Management in Tata Steel.
He assumed the position of General Manager (Town Services) in January 2003 and under his leadership, the Town Services Division became an independent company by the name of Jamshedpur Utilities & Services Company (JUSCO) which he headed as Managing Director till March 2010. The Company has expanded its footprint beyond Jamshedpur in the field of urban infrastructure services.
Before joining Tata Metaliks in April 2013, Mr. Paul was the Vice President (Corporate Services) of Tata Steel.
He is Chairman of FICCI Sports Committee, Vice President of Archery Association of India and Member of the Board of Governors of the National Institute Foundry & Forge Technology.
He is an avid Reader, keen Cricketer and Golfer.

Krishnava started his legal career in the Calcutta High Court where he practiced civil law. After a short stint at the High Court, he joined ICICI Bank in Mumbai where he gained several years of experience in handling complicated banking & finance transactions in the stressed assets space and international banking sector. He joined Amarchand Mangaldas in 2005 and became the partner in charge of the eastern operations of the firm in the year 2007. He retired from Amarchand Mangaldas as a partner in June of 2009 to establish Argus Partners.
With effect from April 1, 2012, Argus Partners and Udwadia & Udeshi merged to form Udwadia Udeshi and Argus Partners. Krishnava assumed responsibility as Managing Partner of the merged Firm.
Mr. Pingali Venugopal, a Post Graduate and Fellow in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad is currently Assoc. Director, XLRI- Loyola University Chicago Center for Global Management and Responsible Leadership.
He has been a faculty at XLRI, Jamshedpur since 1994 and the Dean of the institute from 2004 to 2010. He has also been a visiting faculty to leading institutes in India including the Indian Institutes of Management in Ahmedabad, Lucknow and Indore and international institutes including American University of Armenia and Educatis University Switzerland. Prior to his stint at XLRI, Prof. Venugopal held managerial positions for 10 years in the marketing divisions of two agribusiness companies.
Prof. Venugopal has authored five books covering areas of Marketing and Indian Economy. He has presented papers at national and international conferences as well as published articles in leading national and international journals. He has also been involved as a consultant with several projects for both the profit and non-profit sectors.
Ms. Shah is a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Wilson College, Mumbai University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Prior to joining Tata Steel, Ms. Shah was working as Head of Investment Banking, AXIS Bank, Mumbai. During her long career, she has handled the position of Managing Director and Executive Director in different International Banks like J P Morgan, Credit Suisse and briefly in Lehman Brother. Ms. Shah began her career with ICICI Securities & Financial Company in 1992.
Ms. Shah was associated with Wall Street Journal as a Columnist and writes an opinion piece on Investment Banking & Economy. She was a Guest Lecturer at MBA course in Xavier Institute of Management, Mumbai and also works with an NGO in the rural areas.
Dr. Rupali Basu has been in the Healthcare industry for over two decades.
Dr. Basu holds a medical degree from R. G. Kar Medical College, Kolkata and a post graduate in Health & Hospital Management from Delhi and Harvard University.

Mr. Ghosh is a Commerce graduate from St. Xavier's, Calcutta. He holds a PGDBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and is a Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
He served in Tata Steel and its group Companies and has over 37 years of experience in his long tenure in various Greenfield ventures, Brownfield expansion/diversification as well as acquired on-going concern, both domestic and at cross-border locations. His areas of expertise include corporate financial restructuring, strategic planning exercises including value chain analysis to assist business growth, credit enhanced solutions to address transactional risks in commercial deals, acquisition integration, implementation of turnaround plans, and adaptation of TBEM, among others.
Presently, he is a Member of Experts committee on Taxation, ICC, Calcutta, and Institute of Directors.
Mr. Sandeep Kumar joined Tata Steel as a Graduate Trainee (GT) in 1991 and has handled a plethora of responsibilities including exports and trading of minerals, ferro-alloys, non-ferrous metals and Steel products. He has worked in Tata Steel and Tata International in various capacities and locations including at Kathmandu, Dubai, Kolkata and Mumbai.
After working with the office of Managing Director of Tata Steel at Mumbai, Mr. Kumar was assigned to start and head S&T Mining (a JV Company with SAIL for coal mining) in 2008 as its Managing Director. In 2012, he moved back to Tata Steel in the role of Executive-In-Charge (EIC) of Industrial By-Products Management Division (IBMD). In April, 2017, he was appointed Additional Director in Tata Metaliks.
Mr. Kumar is a Mining Engineer from ISM Dhanbad and a postgraduate in International Trade from IIFT, New Delhi. He won the British Chevening Scholarship to undergo a 10-week management programme at Leeds University Business School in UK in 1999.
He is a founding member of the Steel Slag sub-committee of FICCI and also on the Task Force constituted by the Ministry of Steel on promoting steel slag utilization. He is on the Editorial Board of "Coal Insights", a monthly journal of the Coal industry. He is the alternate Chairman of the "Solid Waste Utilization Committee" of Tata Steel. He is also a Director on the Board of Tata Pigments Ltd as well as on the Board of Himalayan Steel Mill Services (a slag management JV company of Tata Steel and Edward Levy & Co of USA).
In addition to cross functional associations, Mr. Kumar has co-authored Technical Papers titled 'Solid Wastes - Raw Material for Steel Industry', 'Coking Coal Security for Steel Industry', 'Will Shortage of Coal Impact the Competitiveness of Indian Steel Industry' and 'Industrial & Technological Innovations in Coal Mining.'
