Health Check Up

1. Health check-up camp for 115 local villagers was done on 31st January 2005 wherein awareness screening and relevant medication was done.
2. Eye-care camp for 330 local villagers was done on 19th and 20th March 2005 wherein general investigation, free distribution of spectacles and relevant medication was done.

Nutritional Survey camp for 250 school children was done on 21st and 22nd December 2004.  

• Education and Training

1. Adult Women Literacy Programme for 15 illiterate local women by members of TML Ladies Club.
2. Drivers' Training for 9 unemployed local youth.

• Civic Amenities

1. Maintenance of the 52 previously installed solar-powered streetlights.
2. Contributing towards the upkeep of the road from NH - 6 to Tata Metaliks Plant.
3. 2500 trees planted during the year on roads from Saha Chowk to TML Plant.
