Mr. Jha had his schooling at Jamshedpur, Engineering from BIT, Sindri and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. In addition, he attended Advanced Management Programmes from National Institute of Advanced Studies Bangalore, Off-Campus Programme of Michigan University, IMD, Lausanne, etc.
